On the third day on the work site, we had a new contractor come in and help us because our previous contractor had to leave. Our new contractor had much more building experience which allowed us to work much quicker and more efficiently. On this day I helped finish putting in the second window by caulking it into place. Next it was all hands on deck as the whole crew focused on laying the new kitchen floor. This included cutting the flooring material to size, laying the glue on the floor, then placing the flooring material on top of the glue. Next we rolled the floor down so that it was even throughout.

By the end of the day we had done all but the finishing touches on the floor.
